There is a time in the book when Jack instructs the reader to shake him out of the book, hence the bookquake

Christmas Card 2008

I illustrated this for our Christmas card this year.  For those of you that don't know the character dressed up as santa is the character from the book I'm writing and illustrating called "Don't Smash Jack!"
